Amy & Joki were the warmest and most caring hosts. Such a soulful weekend, which was much needed anticipated. It surpassed all my expectations and will forever remain the trip that I compare others with. All activities were brilliantly planned, and even though I was more active in these 3 days than I am otherwise, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Probably because of all the scrumptious food Joki fed us. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. Made some lasting memories and warm friends.
"I had a wonderful long weekend in Cornwall hosted by Amy, who also led yoga classes an walks. We had a great group, a wide range of ages, everyone was open and friendly and up for adventure. We got some pretty rough surf for our first day, but the surf instructors were patient and helpful. Joki cooked us amazing vegetarian feasts (I might have eaten too much! We were well taken care of and it was truly an escape from the everyday"

WOW! What a weekend. It was everything I needed and more. The women were so warm and funny, it didn't take long to feel like I'd known them for ages. A perfect amount of yoga, surfing and swimming led by the beautiful human being Amy. To top it all off the food was incredible, so tasty with a lot of love put into it. I'll definitely be back!
The accommodation was first class, the open plan living and sea views from the decking were perfect when we came back tired from our surf lessons. If you are thinking of attending a retreat - do it.
It was great to meet like-minded women who were up for trying new things and I really came back home feeling refreshed. Thank you Harry and Nessy for a great weekend - I can't wait to do it all again!
