Come and join us for Surf or SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and Yoga Retreats in Cornwall this spring, summer and autumn! We run small group retreats during May, June, September and October.
A Typical Retreat:
During our retreats you will meet new friends learn or improve your Surf or SUP skills and take part in fantastic yoga sessions.
Everything is taken care of from the moment you arrive at our cosy surf house in Perranporth, you will be shown your room given an orientation of the lovely town and beautiful beach (just a ten minute stroll down the hill).
The aim is for you to feel comfortable in a home from home experience, you are free to relax in the outdoors hot tub or sauna, sit by the log fire or watch movies on the home cinema screen.
On the Friday evening we do a group welcome, followed by a lovely yoga session at the beach studio with our wonderful instructor Jane and then a home cooked group dinner together at the house.
On the Saturday morning your host prepares a delicious breakfast for you to enjoy and get ready for the day’s activities. At 10 am our amazing Surf and SUP Instructor Chris arrives for a coffee and briefing and then we head off in his van for a day of Surfing or SUP at the best spots in Cornwall for the day’s conditions. A delicious lunch and coffees and teas are included throughout the day as well as all the equipment and professional experienced instruction.
After an exhilirating day on the Cornish coast, Chris brings us back to the surf house around 4 pm where you are free to relax. At 6 pm we head to yoga with Jane to stretch out after a fun day in the sea. On the Saturday evening we take you to one of our favourite local restaurants for dinner so you get to experience the ambiance of the local town, depending on how you feel we either go for drinks and listen to some music at the local beach bar or walk back to the house to chill. Sunday is pretty much a repeat of Saturday with the exception of a home cooked Sunday meal in the evening at the house.
On Monday morning your host prepares another fab breakfast for you to enjoy and you are free to explore the local area, use the hot tub and sauna and depart at your leisure. We would love to share this fun and healthy break with you and with over 90% of our guests returning each year (sometimes twice within the same season) we think you will love it too.

- 3 X nights accommodation in our Surf House with hot tub & sauna
- Friendly hosts on hand to organise everything for you
- 3 delicious breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 evening meals
- 4 x 1 hour Yoga sessions with all equipment
- 2 Full days surf or SUP with all transport, equipment and professional tuition
- Additional activities can be arranged such as massages, horse riding, kite surfing, golf and tennis.
