We have some fab retreats planned for this coming year.

Here is what we’ve got planned and we’d love for you to join us:

In Cornwall choose Surf and Yoga Retreat for a wonderful long weekend break to recharge by the ocean.

Based at a lovely spa hotel overlooking the ocean on the north Cornish coast we have a choice of sea view twin share accommodation where you can share with a friend or we pair you up with a lovely guest or choose a private room option either garden view or sea view for yourself!

Included in your stay is:

3 nights in a lovely room in a spa hotel walking distance to the beach

All delicious meals(3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 x 3 course evening meals)

4 tailored yoga sessions over the weekend to compliment your choice of activity either SUP or surf

Surf or SUP lessons with all equipment and professional instructors

A special wild swimming session with post swim hot drink and talk on the benefits of wild swimming hosted by wild swim Cornwall

Fantastic experienced host with you throughout your retreat to ensure you get the most from your stay
