If you’re looking for a bit more information about us, you’ve come to the right place.

Ride on Retreats is run by Harry & Nessy. We curate events and experiences we wished we grew up doing, but never did.

We want to provide a safe space for all the women out there thinking that they want to give something like this a go, to try, learn, fail, conquer, and most of all have fun. An all-female cast is a glorious one to do this in!

Signup to the newsletter to keep up with all the awesome things we are doing, things are being added as we evolve. Our first surf skate session, has resulted in the group wanting a ‘progressor course!’ which means, we’re going to be facing a huge amount of fear as we actually step foot into a skate park this summer, gulp…. So have a roam around the website, and if you have any questions about anything, then send us an email or give us a ring! We’re old skool like that and happy to talk on the phone.

AWARDS

We’ve recently won a few awards, and so we think it’s important to talk about a few things we included in our entries; We’re committed to championing the UK as the all you need retreat/mini-break destination, and slow travel as the way to get there. Did you know that the train from Paddington to Cornwall is only 6 stops! We will not be making our own brand of products or merch. Much that we’d love to, we don’t need to add to growing pile of fashion & consumption.  Where we find brands that are aligned with ours, we plan to work together with them ,in particular women supporting women. Our current relationship with Cape Cove is a fantastic example of this.  Last year we raised funds for Surfers Against Sewage – did you see our ‘Chair of Awareness’ Campaign in the ‘Dip aDay’ Challenge ? We will continue to support this charity that is raising awareness around the sewage spills polluting our rivers and seas. If you don’t already make sure you have the SSRS app!
