Alongside our Surf and Yoga Retreats in Perranporth, we are delighted to announce that we have an exciting new Luxury Eco Lodge to host some of our Surf and Yoga and Stand Up Paddle and Yoga Retreats for 2020!

Our Luxury Eco Lodge is located at Gwel an Mor a 5* Resort on the North Cornish Coast…these contemporary lodge take five-star luxury to the next level. They have a stylish open plan layout and gorgeous décor. Snuggle up by a cosy log fire and relax in a private hot tub. Access to the indoor pool, spa, steam room and sauna is included in your luxury Surf and Yoga Retreat or Stand Up Paddle and Yoga Retreat with us!

Come and join us in this Luxury Resort, you will experience an exhilarating weekend of surf lessons or stand up paddle lesson, relax and restore with four included yoga sessions, eat delicious food and enjoy great company all whilst staying in luxury accommodation overlooking the sea. All abilities welcome, most of our guests travel solo to join a friendly and supportive retreat with us.

What to expect when you join us for your Luxury Surf and Yoga Retreat  and Luxury Stand Up Paddle and Yoga Retreat with is in Cornwall:

Arrive on Friday where our friendly host will welcome you to your luxurious eco lodge with a sea views, you will then have some free time to open and enjoy your retreat goody bag and relax perhaps visit the spa or chill in the private lodge hot tub soaking away the stresses of the week. Later in the afternoon we have a group welcome and either have our restorative early evening yin yoga session on the deck or in the on-site yoga studio. After yoga we have a welcome drink and eat together at the lodge sampling delicious organic home made cuisine, all your meals are included on our Surf and Yoga Retreats.

Saturday morning wake up with a stunning sea view  and enjoy a cuppa, herbal tea or fresh hot local Cornish coffee. It’s then time for our morning vinyasa flow session, invigorating the body and waking up ready for a day in the sea then a fabulous Cornish breakfast overlooking the ocean (all diets are catered for). After fuelling up on a nutritious breakfast our transport arrives to take us to the best beaches for the day’s Stand Up Paddle or Surfing activities.

You will then enjoy a 2 hour surf or stand up paddle lesson on stunning Cornish beaches, ideal for beginners. Our professional Surf and Stand Up Paddle instructors are experienced professionals who will tailor the sessions to your individual abilities. Fantastic warm wetsuits and quality surf and stand up paddle boards are used on our retreats. Our photographer will also be on hand to capture some pictures of you so you have lasting memories of your retreat with us.

Lunch and hot drinks are served after the first activity session at the beach or back at the Eco Lodge (depending on the weather). After refuelling on a lovely lunch we head back down to the beaches for our second surf or stand up paddle session of the day, progressing our skills and enjoying our time together.

After a second surf it’s time to enjoy the relaxing private hot tub back at the lodge, use the spa, have a swim in the indoor pool or simply relax by the log burner or on the deck of the lodge taking in the Cornish air and sea views.

We then enjoy a relaxing yin yoga session to stretch out and restore muscles after a day in on the water. After our early evening yoga session, we enjoy another delicious two course dinner sharing stories of the day and enjoying the company of new found friends….then back to the luxurious rooms and super comfortable beds to sleep ready for another exhilarating day in the sea, perfect…
